vapid, yes, but entertaining.

so.

last night easter dinner played the charming son/nephew/grandson and enjoyed it. oh, nothing much. school's fine. blah blah blah. but it was nice. oh shit the best turkey i have ever had. mmmm. but i didn't eat any stuffing because it had pork sausage in it. i was proud of myself. if i can avoid eating stuffing i can avoid so much more...goodbye pork and beef. out the window.

so i go out with lisa and some of chris's friends (chris is 'spence' for all of those who have been reading for a while - i don't know why i couldn't just give real names...) anyway, at first there was no eye contact or recognition but by the end of the night we were talking and laughing and such. pals-y again with the mutual understanding of "keep the fuck outta my pants and i'll do the same". fun fun. chris's friends were josh and adrian and they were fun. played pool at le drugstore with them. then presse cafe where we met mike. oh mike.

apparently we have the same profile. i enjoyed him. a perfect sass match. some boy josh picked up was dumb and he didn't speak english so mike and i would play with him. "do you always cruise minors?" "ah direct marketing, so there's no middleman, you just go straight for what you want...like josh here." delightfully wicked.

exchanged numbers with adrian, who is a little too goth for me, but we'll see. if he calls, then i can start to think about it.

"are you coming out with us to sky on tuesday?" chris asked.

"no, i go to hike-skoool, i gotsta be in bed by ten" was what i was thinking.

"we'll see" was what i said. hey, i need my beauty sleep. sky cards on fridays and saturdays, so no sky for me. but i need to experience it. one day, little daniel. one day.

i'm hungry. time for some food.
